The cottage is next to Westgate Fields and Hubbards Hills, the local beauty spots, and walking in the tranquil Wolds is superb.
The rolling hills and gentle, open landscape dotted with sheep and Lincolnshire Red cattle is ideal for cycling. The market town of Louth has a large number of specialist shops and was recently featured in the Daily Telegraph for the quality of its food shops. Try Lincolnshire pork products, and nibble Poacher cheese. Large quantities of top quality game are available in season too an there are still fishmongers and greengrocers . Try our local beers as well.
